Deposits
After you have checked the availability of the rooms you require and after we have confirmed your booking, we will ask you to make a small deposit, which you can do easily and securely through our Online PayPal Store. Payment of deposits can also be arranged by telephone if required.
Return of Deposits
Your deposit will be returned under the following circumstances:
- If you notify us two months or more before your arrival day your deposit less £5 will be returned
- If you notify us one month before your arrival date we will return your deposit less 20%
- If you inform us less than one month before your arrival date we will be unable to return your deposit, but you may use it for another booking within 6 months of your original date
Privacy Policy
As part of the services we provide we necessarily collect personal and financial information from you. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we deal with that information.
- We do NOT share your information with any other party, manually, or by third party links, except with PayPal for the purposes only of processing your payment.
- IWe do NOT hold your credit or debit card number. If you have given this to us via telephone, email or in person we will transmit it to PayPal only in order to process the payment. Confirmation documentation from PayPal to us does NOT include the full card number.
- If you have provided your card number via our website on the PayPal payment page we do NOT get the card number details from PayPal.
- Children are not eligible to use our services and we therefore ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not provide us with any personal or financial information.
- If you provide us with any of the following information: name, address, email, telephone number. We will use that information only for the purposes of fulfilling your order for goods or services. We will store that information for a period, as required by law,in a locked storage cabinet access to which is restricted to authorised personnel only. Financial information is covered under the 2nd and 3rd items above.
- We do NOT hold any information on our computers as ‘cookies’, or store IP addresses, so if you make a second or subsequent transaction with us you would need to provide us with your information afresh.
- We can, on request, let you know what information we hold on you and you then have the opportunity to change that information if it is incorrect.
